    The LABBB Collaborative allows Belmont and its other four member towns to save very significant amounts of money by educating students with special needs in the community rather than in expensive out-of-town placements. Last year the needs of LABBB grew to the point where the Butler School couldn t make an extra second grade classroom available when the second grade enrollment was too high for the classrooms allotted to it.
